Dear Friends:

The September 2011 through June 2012 Dance Program begins Saturday, September 10, 2011.

Registration for the classes should be mailed to us by August 18th to be assured of a place in the class. Simply complete the registration form and mail it with your check to Nancy Larsen Dance Studio, LLC.

In-person registration will be Saturday August, 20- 11:00am to 3:00pm.

Action Wear will be at the Studio on Saturday, August 20th to sell dance shoes and dancewear.

Tuition rates for the Dance Program are based on a monthly fee with classes meeting once each week. The following is a schedule of fees:

$40.00 monthly for 1 class each week
$75.00 monthly for 2 classes each week
$95.00 monthly for 3 classes each week
$10.00 monthly for pointe

These special rates also apply to additional family members. Tuition is charged on a prepaid, monthly basis. Tuition is due the first class of each month. Even though the number of weeks in a month may vary, the tuition amount remains the same. There is no refund or reduction in tuition for lessons missed. Make-up of missed classes is optional.

The proper attire for dance class is listed below. Long hair must be securely fastened. No jeans allowed. No gum chewing. Put childs name on all bags and dance attire.

Ballet - Leotard, pink tights and pink leather ballet slippers (skirts optional)
Jazz - Leotard, tights and light-weight tennis or white jazz shoes (dance shorts optional)
Tap - Leotard, tights and black tap shoes (dance shorts optional)
